SALAD
step 1:
I chose the best leaves and those that were not in good condition I discarded.
STEP 2:
WASH THE LEAVES VERY CAREFULLY WITHOUT LEAVING ANY DIRT (SNAILS OR SLUGS)
STEP 3:
I CHEP THE LETTUCE LEAVES NOT TOO FINE, NOT TOO COARSE AND PUT IT IN A CONTAINER
STEP 4:
ADD THE JUICE OF HALF A LEMON AND A LITTLE SALT
END OF THE SALAD
